数字化摄影和多层螺旋CT应用在诊断足踝部骨折及关节脱位的价值比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的数字化摄影和多层螺旋CT应用在诊断足踝部骨折及关节脱位的价值比较。方法从该院骨科临床2010年4月—2016年10月收治的足踝部骨折及关节脱位患者中,抽取40例行数字化摄影(DR)和多层螺旋CT(MSCT)检查,比较两种诊断方法的临床价值。结果两种诊断方法对对足踝部跟骰关节、趾骨关节脱位检出率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但MSCT对足踝部各类骨折以及其他关节脱位的检出率显著高于DR,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与DR相比,采取MSCT、诊断足裸部骨折、关节脱位的效果更佳,应用价值更高。 Objective To compare the value of digital photography and multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of ankle fracture and joint dislocation.Methods Forty patients underwent digital photography(DR) and multislice spiral CT(MSCT) were enrolled in this study.Orthopedic clinical examination was performed in the patients with ankle fracture and dislocation from April 2010 to October 2016.Diagnostic methods of clinical value.Results There was no significant difference between the two diagnostic methods in the detection rate of nail division and dice joint and the degree of dislocation of the phalanx(P>0.05),but the detection rate of MSCT in all kinds of fractures of nude and other joints was significantly higher than that of DR,more statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with DR,MSCT was used to diagnose nude fracture,and the effect of joint dislocation was better and the application value was higher.
