分期中医康复治疗在中风社区康复中的疗效

TCM Rehabilitation Effect in Stroke Rehabilitation in Community

目的分析分期中医康复治疗在中风社区康复中的价值。方法从该社区医院2016年1月—2017年4月期间接收并治疗的中风患者中抽取62例并分为两组,其中,对照组行常规治疗,研究组则开展分期中医康复治疗,对比两组治疗的效果。结果研究组治疗后的FMA、MBI评分优于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分期中医康复治疗在中风社区康复中的效果显著,可推广。

Objective To analyze the value of rehabilitation of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine in stroke community.Methods From my community hospital confined in January 2016 to April 2017 during receiving and treatment of 62 cases of stroke in patients with extraction and divided into two groups,among them,the control group routine treatment,the team is to carry out rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine by stages,compared two groups of treatment effect.Results The FMA and MBI scores of the group were better than the control group compared,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The team was more efficient than the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of rehabilitation of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine on rehabilitation of center community is remarkable and can be promoted.
