小腿骨折合并严重软组织损伤采用急诊外固定架结合负压引流术效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Emergency External Fixation Combined with Negative Pressure Drainage in the Treatment of Lower Leg Fracture Complicated with Severe Soft Tissue Injury

目的在小腿骨折合并严重软组织损伤患者治疗期间采用急诊外固定架结合负压引流术治疗,分析临床效果。方法根据自愿参与原则在四川省泸州市合江县中医医院2014年11月—2016年11月期间所收治的小腿骨折合并严重软组织损伤患者中随机选取60例患者参与该次探究,分组时采用随机数字表法,共计2组,组别是实验组和参照组,每组30例。参照组患者:在治疗过程中应用单纯外固定架治疗;实验组患者:在治疗过程中应用急诊外固定架结合负压引流术治疗,将2组患者实行不同治疗后得到的组间数据进行统计学分析,计算出统计学分析结果的相关性数值。结果实验组患者平均治疗时间、临床总有效率、并发症发生概率显著性更佳,对比参照组患者而言,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小腿骨折合并严重软组织损伤患者治疗期间采用急诊外固定架结合负压引流术治疗,可获得理想临床效果,值得临床推荐。

Objective In the lower leg fracture with severe soft tissue injury patients during treatment by emergency external fixator combined with negative pressure drainage treatment,analysis of clinical effect.Methods According to the principle of voluntary participation in the period from Hejiang County of Luzhou City,Sichuan Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from November 2014 to November 2016 of the lower leg fracture with severe soft tissue injury patients were randomly selected 60 patients were involved in this study,the method of random number table by grouping,a total of 2 groups,group was the experimental group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Control group:patients in the treatment process in the application of single external fixation;experimental group:in the treatment process In the application of emergency external fixator combined with negative pressure drainage treatment,the data of 2 groups of patients after treatment,the implementation of different groups were statistically analyzed and calculated the correlation statistical analysis results.Results The patients in the experimental group the average duration of treatment,the total clinical efficiency and complication probability significantly better compared with the reference group patients,and there were statistically significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The leg fracture with severe soft tissue injury patients during treatment by emergency external fixator combined with negative pressure drainage treatment,can obtain good clinical effect,worthy of recommendation.
