高血压伴糖尿病足的临床诊疗与护理配合

Clinical Diagnosis and Nursing Cooperation of Hypertension Accompanied with Diabetic Foot

目的探讨高血压伴糖尿病足的临床诊疗与护理配合情况。方法对2014—2016年在该院诊断为高血压伴糖尿病足的60例患者进行临床治疗,按照患者住院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,给予对照组患者常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上增加综合护理,评价两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组和对照组患者的血压、血糖控制良好率以及病足创口康复率之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的护理满意度为83.3%和观察组患者的护理满意度为100.0%之间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压伴糖尿病足的患者给予综合护理干预后的临床效果更加明显,对患者的血糖和血压进行有效的控制,提高患者糖尿病足的康复率,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and nursing cooperation of patients with hypertension accompanied by diabetic foot.Methods The clinical treatment of 2014-2016 years in our hospital diagnosed 60 cases of hypertension with diabetic foot patients,according to the hospitalized patients were divided into control group and observation group,control group were given routine nursing care,the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing,clinical nursing effect evaluation of two groups of patients.Results The observation group and the control group of patients with blood pressure,good blood glucose control and disease rate between foot wound recovery rate(P<0.05),significant difference was statistically significant;the control group patients satisfaction with nursing care for nursing satisfaction in the observation group were 83.3%and 100.0%between the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypertension and diabetic foot in patients with clinical effect given comprehensive nursing intervention after the more obvious,for the effective control of blood glucose and blood pressure in patients with diabetic foot,improve the recovery rate,it is worth popularizing in clinical use.
