胃癌患者术后康复护理干预对策及效果探析

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention and Rehabilitation of Postoperative Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的分析康复护理干预运用于胃癌患者术后的效果。方法选取该院2016年4月—2017年4月收治的胃癌手术后患者80例,并将患者分为常规组和实验组,每组40例,常规组采用一般护理方式,而实验组则实施康复护理干预,对比两组患者的生活质量以及不良反应的发生率。结果常规组患者的生活质量低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而不良反应发生率比较,实验组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理干预运用于胃癌患者术后护理能够提升患者的生活质量,同时降低患者不良反应的发生率,值得运用和推广。

Objective To analyze the nursing intervention for rehabilitation measures and effects of postoperative patients with gastric carcinoma.Methods 80 cases of patients in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were gastric cancer after surgery,and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group,normal group with general nursing,and experiment group is the implementation of the rehabilitation nursing intervention,the incidence of the two groups were compared the quality of life and adverse reactions.Results The life quality is lower than that of experimental group patients in the conventional group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);and the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05) it has statistical significance.Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with gastric cancer after operation.It is worth using and promoting
