交锁髓内钉在创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折临床治疗应用效果

Intramedullary Nail clinical Application Effect in the Treatment of Traumatic Lower Limb Long Bone Fracture

目的探究交锁髓内钉运用到创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折患者实施治疗的成效。方法抽取2015年3月—2017年3月来该院就诊的创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折患者74例并分为两组,试验组37例予以交锁髓内钉开展治疗,对照组37例予以钢板内固定加以治疗,并对比探究两组患者的骨折愈合状况、并发症的发生率。结果比较表明,试验组经过治疗以后的骨折愈合状况、并发症的发生率都好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论交锁髓内钉运用到创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折患者实施治疗具备较优的成效,值得大力推行及应用。

Objective To explore the application of interlocking intramedullary nail to traumatic lower extremity long tubular bone fracture patients during treatment results.Methods Randomly selected 74 traumatic lower limbs cases from our hospital between March 2015 to March 2017 and divided into two groups.There were 37 cases in experimental group and 37 in the control group.Cases in experimental group were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail in treatment and the cases in controlled group were treated with plate fixation treatment.Then the fracture healing condition and incidence of complications of patients will be used to the contrastive study.Results After comparison,the result of the experimental group which were accept treatment of fracture healing get less complications than control group with(P<0.05).Conclusion There has a strong advantage of applying intramedullary nail to patients during the treatment period of traumatic lower extremity long bone fracture,and its worthy to promote and apply in the future.
