安神定志汤、马来酸桂哌齐特联合治疗冠心病效果观察

目的对安神定志汤联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗冠心病的临床疗效进行探究。方法随机选取2014年11月—2016年11月期间该院收治的冠心病患者60例,依据随机数表法分为2组,对照组和治疗组,两组各30例。对照组患者采用单纯的马来酸桂哌齐特进行治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上联合安神定志汤进行治疗。1个疗程后,将两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果治疗组患者的每日发作次数、临床症状改变、每次持续时间等指标均优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者在治疗过程中,将安神定志汤、马来酸桂哌齐特联合应用,具有一定的临床疗效,并且在治疗中,未出现明显的不良反应,值得推广应用。

Conclusion the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)in the treatment process, will be determined nerves soup, maleic acid to guangxi pp's joint application, has certain clinical curative effect, and in the treatment, no obvious adverse reaction occurred, is worthy of popularization and application.
