对重症手足口病患儿实施综合性、系统性护理的效果评价

Effect of Comprehensive and Systematic Nursing on Children With Severe Hand Foot and Mouth Disease

目的观察重症手足口病患儿实施综合性、系统性护理,评价其护理效果。方法将2015年2月—2017年4月收治的86例重症手足口病患儿为研究对象,按照护理方式不同分为对照组与观察组各43例患儿,其中给予对照组常规护理干预,观察组则给予综合性、系统性护理,比较两组患儿护理效果。结果通过对两组患儿统计分析发现观察组治疗总有效率为88.37%,对照组治疗总有效率为62.79%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患儿临床症状消退时间均显著快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对重症手足口病患儿实施综合性、系统性护理应用效果显著,可明显提高患者治疗效果,缩短患儿临床症状消退时间,具有重要临床应用与推广价值。

Objective To observe the children with severe HFMD the implementation of comprehensive, systematic nursing, to evaluate the effect of nursing. Methods 86 cases of children with severe hand foot mouth disease from February2015 to April 2017 as the research object, according to the different nursing methods were divided into control group and observation group of 43 cases, the control group received routine nursing care the intervention, the observation group was given comprehensive, systematic nursing, nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results Through the statistical analysis of the two groups found that the total efficiency of the observation group 88.37%, control group total effective rate was 62.79%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); And the observation group with clinical symptoms subsided time was significantly faster than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of a comprehensive on children with severe hand foot and mouth disease, the application effect of systematic nursing is significant, can significantly improve the treatment effect, shorten the clinical symptoms subsided time, which has important clinical application value.
