摘要 目的该次实验将讨论硫辛酸对早期糖尿病足患者氧化应激与炎症反应的具体影响。方法该次实验选取了2007年1月—2016年12月在巴中市疾病预防控制中心门诊部就诊的70例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规的治疗方案,观察组则在此基础上使用硫酸锌优化治疗,并观察患者氧化应激与炎症反应的具体情况。结果观察组患者在TAOC、SOD、MDA水平的对比上均优于对照组,此外,在hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6炎症因子的变化上均低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸对早期糖尿病足患者氧化应激与炎症反应具有良好的缓解效用,值得在临床过程中推广应用。 Objective This experiment will discuss specific effects of lipoic acid on early oxidative stress and inflammatory response in patients with diabetic foot. Methods This experiment selected 70 cases of patients with diabetic foot in January 2007 to December 2016 prevention and control center of outpatient department in Bazhong city disease as the research object, randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group with conventional treatment,observation group based on the use of zinc sulfate to optimize treatment, and to observe the situation of oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction of patients. Results The patients in the observation group were TAOC, SOD, MDA level of contrast was better than the control group, in addition In hs-CRP, TNF-, IL-6 alpha, changes of inflammatory factors were lower than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Lipoic acid has good effect on relieving early oxidative stress and inflammatory response in patients with diabetic foot, it is worthy of popularization and application in the clinical process
