摘要
目的对比踝足矫形器与功能性电刺激对脑卒中偏瘫患者步行功能改善效果。方法选取商丘市第一人民医院康复科2015年4月—2017年1月收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者50例,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组(功能性电刺激)及对照组(踝足矫形器),25例。对比两组干预后步行功能改善情况。结果干预后,观察组步行功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论功能性电刺激较踝足矫形器对提高脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢步行功能的效果更显著,患者协调能力明显改善,且治疗周期短。
Objective To improve the effect of ankle-foot orthosis and functional electrical stimulation on walkingfunction in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Fifty patients with hemiplegia were divided into two groups: the observation group(functional electrical stimulation) and the control group(ankle-foot) accordingto the different treatment methods from April 2015 to January 2017 in Shangqiu First People's Hospital Orthosis), 25 cases each. Comparison of the two groups of intervention after the improvement of walkingfunction. Results After intervention, the walkingfunction of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The functional electrical stimulation is more effective than the ankle-foot orthosis in improvingthe walkingfunction of the lower limbs in patients with hemiplegia. The coordination ability of the patients is improved and the treatment period is short.
