磺胺嘧啶银乳膏联合金因肽治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效探讨

The Clinical Efficacy of Sulfadiazine Silver Cream Combined with Gold Peptide in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcers

目的探究磺胺嘧啶银乳膏联合金因肽治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法将2016年1月—2017年3月该院收诊的92例糖尿病足患者以数学领域的盲选法作为标准分为两组,对照组46例给予碘伏纱布包扎,观察组46例给予磺胺嘧啶银乳膏联合金因肽治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果在治疗总有效率上,观察组为93.48%,明显高于对照组的73.91%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磺胺嘧啶银乳膏联合金因肽治疗糖尿病足溃疡疗效显著,值得在临床实践中推广及使用。

Purpose To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sulfadiazine Silver Cream combined with gold peptide in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers.Methods 92 cases of patients from January 2016 to March 2017 with diabetic foot in the field of mathematics as blind selection standards are divided into two groups, 46 cases in control group treated with Iodophor gauze, 46 cases in observation group were given Sulfadiazine Silver Cream combined with rh EGF treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results In the total effective rate, the observation group was 93.48%, significantly higher than 73.91% of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05).ConclusionConclusion Sulfadiazine Silver Cream combined with gold peptide is effective in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. It is worth popularizingand applyingin clinical practice.
