康复训练对颈椎退行性变的干预效果

Type of Intervention, and Contrastive Study of two Groups of Patients after Intervention after the InterIntervention Effect of Rehabilitation Training on Cervical Degenerative Changes

目的探究康复锻炼运用到颈椎退行型脊椎病患者内的成效。方法抽取2014年6月—2017年6月来该院就诊的颈椎退行型脊椎病患者52例并分为两组,试验组26例予以康复锻炼一类的干预,对照组26例予以常规类型的干预,并对比探究两组患者经过干预以后的干预成效。结果试验组经过干预以后的干预成效好于对照组同时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复训练运用到颈椎退行型脊椎病患者内具备尤为优良的成效,值得医学领域的大力推行及应用。

Objective To explore the rehabilitation exercise applied to patients with cervical degenerative spine disease in type results. Methods From June 2014 to June 2017 in our hospital in patients with cervical degenerative spinal disease in 52 cases were divided into two groups, experimental group of 26 cases treated with a rehabilitation exercise intervention, 26 cases in the control group were given routine thevention effectiveness. Results Compared the experimental group after the intervention after the intervention effect is better than the control group at the same time,the difference was statisitcang significant(P<0.05). Conclusion rehabilitation training applied to cervical spine disease in patients with degenerative type have particularly good results, valuelt should be vigorously promoted and applied in the medical field.
