股神经阻滞用于胫骨骨折内固定的麻醉体会

Experience of Femoral Nerve Block for Internal Fixation of Tibial Fracture

目的探讨股神经阻滞用于胫骨骨折内固定的麻醉效果。方法选取该院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的80例颈骨骨折的患者作为研究对象,按照数字抽签法分为两组,每组患者40例,对照组进行连续硬膜外麻醉,观察组进行股神经阻滞麻醉,对比两组患者的麻醉效果。结果观察组患者的镇痛优良率、麻醉维持时间以及并发症发生率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胫骨骨折内固定手术的患者采用股神经阻滞麻醉可以改善患者的症状,减轻患者的疼痛,延长麻醉维持时间,降低并发症发生率,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the anesthesia effect of femoral nerve block for tibial fracture fixation. Methods in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 80 cases of neck bone fracture patients as the research object, according to the number of randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group, the control group with continuous epidural anesthesia, the observation group of femoral nerve block anesthesia, anesthesia effect were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent rate of analgesia, the duration of anesthesia maintenance and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and there were differences and statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Internal fixation of tibial fracture surgery patients with femoral nerve block anesthesia can improve symptoms, reduce the pain of patients, prolong the duration of anesthesia, reduce the incidence of complications, can be widely applied in clinical practice.
