加味半夏厚朴汤治疗胃食管反流性咳嗽38例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Modified Banxia Banxia Decoction In Treating 38 Cases of Gastroesophageal Reflux Cough

目的了解胃食管反流性咳嗽病例治疗中施予加味半夏厚朴汤疗法的价值。方法选择38例患上胃食管反流性咳嗽且于2015年11月-2017年5月进入该院中医内科接受专业治疗的确诊者,随机分组,中医组20例施予加味半夏厚朴汤疗法,西医组18例施予西医传统疗法,并给予两组病例用药效果作专业评估与综合记录。结果中医组20例有效率95.00%(19/20),西医组18例为61.11%(11/18),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于患上胃食管反流性咳嗽的病例,选择加味半夏厚朴汤疗法非常可靠,推荐中医内科优先选择。

Objective to understand the gastroesophageal reflux cough patients given banxiahoupu soup therapy.Methods 38 patients suffering from gastroesophageal reflux cough and from November 2015 to 2017 05 months into the Chinese medicine hospital for professional treatment were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group of 20 cases giving banxiahoupu Decoction therapy,western medicine group of 18 cases received traditional western medicine therapy,and two cases were given medication effect evaluation and comprehensive professional records.Results The traditional Chinese medicine group of 20 cases was 95%(19/20),western medicine group of 18 cases was 61.11%(11/18),(P < 0.05).Conclusion For patients suffering from gastroesophageal reflux cough,it is very reliable to choose the modified Banxia Banxia decoction,and it is recommended that Chinese medicine priority.
