干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果探讨

The Clinical Effect of Interferon Combined with Yanhuning Treatment of Children with HFMD

目的探究干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果。方法将该院于2015年3月-2016年3月收治的86例手足口病患儿随机分成2组,各43例;对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予干扰素联合炎琥宁联合治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果在治疗总有效率上,观察组为95.35%,与对照组69.77%相比明显更高(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、临床症状消失时间与对照组相比明显更短(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率上,观察组为18.60%,与对照组2.33%相比明显更低(P<0.05)。结论手足口病患儿给予干扰素及炎琥宁联合治疗效果显著,值得在临床治疗中推广及使用。

Objective The clinical effect of interferon combined with Yanhuning treatment of children with HFMD.Methods 86 cases of HFMD from March 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into 2 groups,43 cases in each;the control group were given conventional treatment,the observation group were given combination therapy of interferon and Yanhuning,compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results The effective rate of treatment,the observation group was 95.35%,compared with 69.77% in the control group were significantly higher(P < 0.05).The observation group hospitalization time,clinical symptoms disappeared time was significantly shorter compared with the control group(P < 0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction,the observation group was 18.60%,compared with the control group was 2.33% lower(P < 0.05).Conclusion Foot and mouth disease in children treated with the combination therapy of interferon and Yanhuning effect is significant,worthy of.promotion and use in clinical treatment.
