比较观察老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者经股骨近端防旋髓内钉、股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗的临床效果

Compare the Clinical Effects of Proximal Femoral Anti Rotation Nail And Anatomical Proximal Femoral Locking Plate in the Treatment of Elderly Patients With Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的分析老年股骨粗隆间骨折应用两种不同方法治疗的效果。方法选择76例该院2015年6月-2017年6月收治的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,分为两组,对照组给予解剖型锁定钢板治疗,研究组采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组各临床指标、优良率与对照组对比(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折应用股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗,手术时间短,优良率高,可推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of two different methods in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly.Methods 76 cases of our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture,divided into two groups,the control group was given anatomical locking plate for treatment of proximal femur,the study group using the treatment of anti rotation intramedullary nail,the treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results the excellence rate of each clinical index in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of proximal femoral anti rotation intramedullary nail in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture is of short operation time and high rate of good results.It can be popularized and applied.
