彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断价值分析

Value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity

目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓采用彩色多普勒超声检查的诊断价值。方法选择该院2015年10月—2016年10月收治的85例下肢深静脉血栓患者,全部患者均采用数彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)进行检查,记录检查的诊断结果,并和数字减影血管造影(DSA)的检查结果对比。结果血栓发生部位:右下肢21例,左下肢48例,双下肢16例;发病类型:25例急性血栓,40例亚急性血栓,20例慢性血栓;发病血管分类:37例中央型血栓,27例周围型血栓,21例混合型血栓;栓塞程度:完全栓塞型36例,不完全栓塞型49例;CDUS与DSA的检查结果相吻合,诊断符合率是95.29%(81/85)。结论应用彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓具有操作简单,无创伤性,可重复性,灵敏性和高特异性等优点,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of deep venous thrombosis by color Doppler ultrasound.Methods 85 patients with deep venous thrombosis of louer exthemity were selected in out hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 all patients were treated by the number of color Doppler ultrasound(CDUS) examination,diagnosis and record inspection, and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)contrast test results. Results The thrombosis site:21 cases of right lower extremity,left lower extremity in 48 cases, 16 cases of double lower limbs;the incidence of type:25 cases of acute thrombosis, 40 cases of subacute thrombosis,20 cases of chronic thrombosis;vascular disease classification:37 cases of central type thrombosis,27 cases of peripheral thrombosis,21 cases of mixed type thrombosis;embolism degree: complete embolization in 36 cases,incomplete embolization in 49 cases; CDUS and DSA examination results coincide,diagnosis rate is 95.29%(81/85).Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis is the operation is simple,noninvasive,repeatability,sensitivity and specificity advantages,is worthy of clinical use.
