奖励性护理措施对住院精神分裂症衰退期患者康复的影响

Incentive Nursing Interventions for Inpatients with Schizophrenia During decline Rehabilitation Effects

目的分析奖励性护理措施对住院精神分裂症衰退期患者康复的影响。方法选取2014年1月-2017年1月收治的80例住院精神分裂症衰退期患者,分为两组,给予对照组患者常规康复护理,给予观察组患者奖励性护理,对比两组干预效果。结果相对于干预前,两组患者工疗、责任心与计划性、外界的关心与兴趣、生活自理能力、社会性退缩各项评分均在不通过程度上降低,并且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后的思想紊乱贫乏评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奖励性护理措施能够提高住院精神分裂症衰退期病人的康复效果,值得对其进行广泛推广。

Objective To analyze the incentive nursing measures for schizophrenia patients with recession rehabilitation.Methods From January 2014 to January 2017 were 80 cases of schizophrenia patients with recession, divided into two groups, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group were given the award of the nursing effect of the two groups comparison of intervention. Results compared with before intervention, two groups of patients treated, sense of responsibility and planning, concern and interest in the outside world, self-care ability, social withdrawal scores were lower in the degree,and the observation group than the control group(P<0.05);The prognosis of the two groups after intervention was the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion the reward nursing measures can improve the rehabilitation effect of inpatients with schizophrenia during the decline period, and it is worth popularizing widely
