老年糖尿病伴高血压患者的临床预防保健体会

Clinical Prevention and Health Care of Elderly Diabetic Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨老年糖尿病伴高血压患者的临床预防保健效果。方法此次实验选择了2014年3月-2016年3月收治的糖尿病伴高血压的老年患者90例,将患者随机分为对照组与观察组。结果两组患者经不同保健方式干预后,观察组临床治疗效果优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择预防保健模式干预糖尿病伴高血压的老年患者,可有效改善老年患者的各项临床症状,提高老年患者的生存质量,帮助患者尽早恢复健康,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hypertension prevention and health care in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 90 elderly patients with this experiment chose the March 2014 to March 2016 from diabetes mellitus and hypertension patients,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Results The two groups of patients with different health care intervention, was superior to clinical effect of the treatment group control group, there were significant differences between the groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion The elderly patients choose preventive care intervention model of diabetes mellitus and hypertension, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients, improve the quality of life of elderly patients, helpEarly recovery of patients, it is worthy of clinical application
