多排螺旋CT血管成像在下肢骨折后伴发隐匿性血管损伤中的初步应用

Preliminary Application of Multi-slice Spiral CT Angiography in Occult Vascular Injuries Following Lower Limb Fractures

目的探讨多排螺旋CT血管成像在下肢骨折后伴发隐匿性血管损伤中的初步应用效果。方法选取该院2015年1月-2017年1月收治的下肢骨折伴发隐匿性血管损伤的186例作为研究对象,采用多排螺旋CT血管成像给患者进行检查诊断,分析其诊断情况。结果多排螺旋CT血管成像显示存在血管损伤的患者有176例,其中大腿段比例为31.3%,小腿段比例为13.6%,膝段比例为55.1%。其中有36例为多发血管损伤,占比为20.5%。其中60例患者经诊断为阳性。多排螺旋CT血管成像与手术证实结果相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多排螺旋CT血管成像诊断下肢骨折伴发隐匿性血管损伤具有显著的临床价值,有助于提高手术成功率,可在临床诊断中广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the multi-slice CT angiography with occult vascular injury in the preliminary application results in lower limb fracture. Methods In our hospital from January 2015-2017 year in January from the lower extremity fracture associated with occult vascular injury in 186 cases as the research object, using multi slice CT angiography for patients the diagnosis, the diagnosis. Results Multi slice CT angiography showed the presence of vascular injury in 176 patients, the thigh segment ratio was 31.3%, lower leg knee segment ratio was 13.6%, ratio of 55.1%. including 36 cases of multiple blood Duct injury accounted for the positive ratio of 20.5%. among which 60 cases were diagnosed. Multi slice spiral CT angiography and surgical results confirmed that compared the differenees,P<0.05, have statistical significance. Conclusion Associated with occult vascular injury has significant clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of lower extremity fractures, help to improve the success rate of operation, can be widely used in clinical diagnosis.
