切开复位和韧带修复治疗三踝骨折伴下胫腓联合分离的临床分析

Open Reduction and Ligament Repair for the Treatment of Three Ankle Fracture with Lower Tibiofibular Joint Separation

目的论证切开复位和韧带修复这种治疗手段对于治疗三踝骨折伴下胫腓联合分离具有明显的优势和良好的效果。方法将切开复位和韧带修复术应用于36例三踝骨骨折伴随下胫腓联合分离的患者,首先切开复位进行三踝骨的固定治疗,外踝、后踝切开后进行固定,通过对三踝的切开复位和固定使得踝关节得以固定。其次还要对患者受伤的三角韧带、下胫腓联合后韧带进行检查,看是否断裂。结果所有患者都实现了三踝骨愈合,优质康复愈合病例占总病例数的89%,计算发现患者康复情况的优良率达到了91%。结论切开复位和受损韧带修复术对于治疗三踝骨折伴随下胫腓联合分离疗效卓著。

Objective To demonstrate the advantages of open reduction and ligament repair in the treatment of three ankle fracture with lower tibiofibular joint separation. Methods Open reduction and ligament repair for 36 bit three ankle fracture with syndesmosis fixation for the treatment of patients, the first open reduction of three ankle, lateral and posterior malleolus incision were fixed by three open reduction and fixation of ankle joint was fixed to the ankle. Second, the injured deltoid ligament and the posterior tibiofibular ligament should be examined to see if it is broken. Results All patients achieved a three bone healing, healing quality of rehabilitation cases accounted for 89%, calculated that the excellent rate of the patients reached 91%. Conclusion Open reduction and repair of damaged ligament are effective for the treatment of three ankle fracture with tibiofibular joint separation.
