蒙脱石散与肠炎宁合用治疗急慢性胃肠炎康复疗效观察

Montmorillonite Powder and Chang Yanning In The Treatment of Acute and Chronic Gastroenteritis Rehabilitation Effect

目的研究蒙脱石散与肠炎宁合用治疗急慢性胃肠炎康复疗效如何。方法选取该院2016年4月—2017年4月期间因急慢性胃肠炎就诊的患者共80例,将其随机分配研究组(40例患者采用蒙脱石散联合肠炎宁治疗)和对照组(40例患者采用肠炎宁治疗),观察两组治疗临床疗效及不良反应(恶心、呕吐、腹部胀痛、头晕、头痛),治疗的疗程均为3d。结果研究组的显效率和总有效率显著高于对照组,且两组结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的不良反应发生率显著的低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蒙脱石散具有消除病原体,增强消化道粘膜能力,联合肠炎宁治疗急慢性胃肠炎的临床效果显著,不良反应少,在临床治疗中可以广泛应用。

Objective To study the Montmorillonite powder and Chang Yanning in the treatment of acute and chronic gastroenteritis. Methods To rehabilitation treatment in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 during the treatment of patients with acute and chronic gastroenteritis were 80, which were randomly assigned to study group(Ning treatment with Montmorillonite powder joint enteritis in 40 patients) and control group(40 patients with enteritis Ning), treatment and adverse reactions were observed in two groups clinical curative effect(nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dizziness,headache), the course of treatment was 3 days. Results The significant efficiency and total efficiency was significantly higher than the control group, and compared the results of the two groups The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);adverse reactions occurred in the study group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Montmorillonite powder has the advantages of eliminating pathogens, enhanced the digestive tract mucosa,the clinical effect of combined treatment of acute and chronic gastroenteritis Changyanning significantly fewer adverse reactions, can be widely used in clinical treatment.
