康复新液治疗小儿手足口病疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid in Treatment of Children with HFMD

目的对康复新液治疗小儿手足口病疗效进行探讨。方法研究中纳入2016年1月—2017年6月该院门诊收治的手足口病患儿60例为对象,将患儿依入院顺序分组为:对照组单纯用干扰素治疗,观察组用干扰素+康复新液;对患儿各项临床治疗详细整理后作回顾性分析。结果观察组患儿治疗后各临床症状积分显著降低、消退时间短,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手足口病患儿用药干扰素治疗的同时再接受康复新液治疗,可快速降低患儿各项临床症状积分,促使其临床症状得以改善。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease. Methods In January 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital 60 cases of HFMD patients as the object of study,according to the order of admission were divided into five groups: the control group was treated by interferon, interferon plus Kangfuxin Liquid in the observation group; the clinical treatment of children with consolidation was retrospectively analyzed. Results The patients in the observation group after treatment, the clinical symptom score decreased significantly, regression time is short, compared with the control group differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Children with HFMD with interferon drug treatment at the same time to accept Kangfuxinye Treatment can rapidly reduce the clinical symptom scores of children, and promote the improvement of clinical symptoms.
