关节腔冲洗(C型臂引导下)联合臭氧注射对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果观察

Cavityirrigation(C arm guided) to Observe the Therapeutic Effect of Combined Injection of Ozone on Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察关节腔冲洗(C型臂引导下)联合臭氧注射对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果。方法选择2016年6月—2017年6月于该院就诊的膝关节骨性关节炎患者,共90例,按进入医院的编号分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予单纯关节腔冲洗治疗,观察组给予关节腔冲洗(C型臂引导下)联合臭氧注射治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.56%和62.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的过程中,应用关节腔冲洗(C型臂引导下)联合臭氧注射在一定程度上有助于促进临床治疗效果的显著增强,微创、安全、有效,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To observe the effect of articular cavity flushing(C arm guided) treatment combined with ozone injection on knee osteoarthritis. Methods Patients with knee osteoarthritis in June 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital, a total of 90 cases, according to the hospital the number is divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group.
