多排螺旋CT多平面重建在足踝隐匿性骨折诊断中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析多排螺旋CT多平面重建技术应用于足踝部隐匿性骨折诊断的临床效果。方法于2016年3月—2017年3月该院收治的足踝隐匿性骨折患者中选取110例,所有患者均给予X线平片和多排螺旋CT扫描,比较两组检查方法的诊断效果。结果经X线平片检查诊断为阳性10例,阳性检出率为9.09%。多排螺旋CT多平面重建诊断为阳性102例,阳性检出率为92.73%,两组阳性检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经多排螺旋CT检出的102例患者中,单发性骨折57例,多发性骨折45例,其影像学表现为局部骨小梁、骨皮质中断及相应部位小骨片撕脱和骨质缺损等。结论在足踝隐匿性骨折诊断中,应用多排螺旋CT多平面重建,能够有效提高诊断准确率,减少误诊和漏诊,从而为临床诊治提供重要依据。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of multi-slice spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction technique in the diagnosis of occult fractures of the foot and ankle. Methods Methods 110 cases of occult ankle fractures in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected,All patients were given X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT scans, and the diagnostic effects of two groups of methods were compared. Results The X-ray film examination was positive in 10 cases, and the positive rate was 9.09%. Multi slice spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction was positive in 102 cases, the positive rate was 92.73%, and the positive rate of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Among the 102 patients detected by multi-slice spiral CT, 57 were solitary fractures and 45 were multiple fractures. The imaging findings included partial trabecular bone, cortical disruption, and avulsion of the small bone and bone defects in the corresponding site. Conclusion In the diagnosis of occult fractures of the foot and ankle, multiplanar reconstruction with multi-slice spiral CT can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy, reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, thus providing an important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
