康复护理对高位截瘫患者术后生活质量的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Quality of Life in Patients with High Paraplegia

目的探究康复护理对高位截瘫患者术后生活质量的影响。方法以2015年1月—2016年12月为时间区间,选择70例高位截瘫患者进行研究分析,按照入院先后顺序分为参照组、研究组,分别予以常规护理、康复护理,对比效果。结果研究组患者康复优良率为54.29%(19/35),明显高于参照组的14.29%(5/35),且研究组泌尿系统感染、肺部感染、压疮、便秘、肌肉萎缩等并发症发生率明显低于参照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以高位截瘫患者康复护理,可优化护理质量,促进康复,降低并发症发生率,改善患者生活质量,临床应用价值高。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life in patients with high paraplegia. Methods In January 2015 to December 2016 for the time interval, 70 cases of paraplegia patients were analyzed, according to the order of admission into the study group and control group, were given routine nursing, rehabilitation nursing, contrast effect. Results The study group patients with excellent rate was 54.29%(19/35), significantly higher than that of the control group 14.29%(5/35) and the study group, urinary system infection, pulmonary infection, bedsore,constipation, muscle atrophy and other complications were significantly lower than control group, the differences between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion rehabilitation nursing for patients with high paraplegia can optimize the quality of nursing, promote rehabilitation, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients, and have high clinical value.
