复杂跟骨骨折采取内外侧联合切口切开复位内固定治疗的价值分析

Value Analysis of Internal and External Combined Incision and Open Re-duction And Internal Fixation for Complicated Calcaneal Fracture

目的探析内外侧联合切口切开复位内固定用于治疗复杂跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法将2013年1月—2017年7月该院接收的复杂跟骨骨折患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为A组(单纯行外侧切口切开复位内固定治疗)与B组(内外侧联合切口切开复位内固定治疗),评价两组治疗的效果。结果 B组骨折愈合时间均值(12.03±2.85)周短于A组(16.27±3.42)周;并发症发生率10.0%与A组16.7%接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组治疗优良率93.4%显著高于A组73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复杂跟骨骨折临床治疗中采取内外侧联合切口切开复位内固定治疗安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation with combined external and internal incisions for the treatment of complicated calcaneal fracture.Methods From January 2013 to July 2017 in our hospital received complex calcaneal fractures in 60 patients as the research object, randomly divided into A group(treated with lateral incision open reduction and internal fixation) and group B(medial and lateral incision combined with open reduction and internal fixation), evaluation of two groups of treatment effect.Results In B group, the mean healing time(12.03±2.85) weeks shorter than group A(16.27±3.42) weeks; complication rate 10.0% was close to A 16.7%, no statistical significance(P>0.05); in B group the excellent rate of 93.4% was significantly higher than that of A group was73.3%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Internal and external joint incision and open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of complicated calcaneal fracture is safe and reliable.
