早期高压氧联合康复治疗对高血压脑出血患者术后神经功能及预后的影响

Effect of Early Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined With Rehabilitation Therapy on Neurological Function and Prognosis in Patients With Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的观察高血压脑出血应用高压氧、康复治疗对神经功能及预后影响。方法将2016年3月—2017年6月该院收治的55例高血压脑出血患者分成两组。观察组(n=30)高压氧联合康复治疗,对照组(n=25)常规治疗,对比疗效差异。结果治疗后,观察组NIHSS、ESS评分小于对照组,观察组MOCA、ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血患者术后应用高压氧联合康复治疗,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, rehabilitation therapy on neurological function and prognosis. Methods 55 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients from March 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were divided into two groups. The observation group(n=30) combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the control group(n=25) compared with conventional treatment, the difference in efficacy. Results After treatment, observation group NIHSS, ESS score lower than the control group, the observation group MOCA, ADL score higher than the control group, there was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with hyperbaric oxygen combined with rehabilitation therapy, a significant effect.
