骨创伤创面软组织损伤患者应用负压封闭引流技术治疗效果观察

Effect of Vacuum Sealing Drainage on Soft Tissue Injury of Bone Trauma

目的研究分析骨创伤创面软组织损伤患者应用负压封闭引流技术治疗效果。方法选取该院于2014年2月—2016年5月收治的50例骨创伤创面软组织损伤患者,对照组患者进行常规治疗,实验组在此基础上给予负压封闭引流技术治疗,比较分析两组患者的治疗和康复效果。结果实验组并发症发生率为4.0%,对照组并发症发生率为18.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流技术应用于骨创伤创面软组织损伤患者治疗效果较为理想,可帮助患者尽快恢复健康,具有重要临床推广的意义。

Objective To study the effect of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of soft tissue injury caused by bone trauma. Methods 50 cases of bone wound of soft tissue injury patients in our hospital, the control group were given routine treatment, vacuum sealing drainage for the treatment of the experimental group on the basis of a comparative analysis of the treatment and rehabilitation effect of the two groups. Results The complication rate of the experimental group was 4.0%, and the complication rate of the control group was 18.0%, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Negative pressure closed drainage technique is more effective in the treatment of soft tissue injury of bone trauma. It can help the patient recover as soon as possible, and has important clinical significance.
