社区康复干预治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Community Rehabilitation Intervention on Chronic Gas-tritis

目的该次实验课题主要探讨慢性胃炎应用社区康复干预治疗的临床效果。方法该次研究范围限定在该院2015年1月—2017年1月期间收治的126例慢性胃炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行社区康复干预治疗,对两组患者治疗效果、生活质量情况以及治疗前后焦虑、抑郁评分情况进行对比分析。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P﹤0.05),治疗前两组患者心理状态、日常活动对比差异不明显,治疗后观察组患者心理状态、日常活动明显优于对照组(P﹤0.05),治疗后观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论对慢性胃炎患者采取社区康复干预治疗,具有良好的临床效果,值得推广。

Objective The clinical effect of the experimental research is to explore the application of community rehabilitation intervention in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods This study limits the scope of 126 cases of chronic gastritis patients admitted in our hospital in January 2015 to January 2017, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group were treated with routine treatment, the observation group patients in the control group on the basis of community rehabilitation intervention treatment, treatment effect of two groups of patients before and after treatment, quality of life and anxiety, depression scores were analyzed. Results The patients in the observation group the total effective rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05), the two groups before treatment The psychological status of patients, the daily activities of differences is not obvious, the psychological state of patients in the observation group after treatment, the daily activity was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05), after the treatment of patients with anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The chronic gastritis patients by community rehabilitation intervention with good clinical effect, worthy of promotion.
