摘要
目的探讨环孢素A联合甲氨蝶呤治疗对类风湿关节炎患者IL-17表达的影响。方法以2015年6月—2016年6月接受治疗的94例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序的不同,将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组患者采用环孢素A联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,两组患者均持续治疗3个月,比较两组患者治疗后血清中IL-17的表达变化。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者血清中IL-17表达均有所下降,观察组患者IL-17表达下降幅度显著大于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孢素A联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎与抑制IL-17的表达有一定的关系。
Objective To investigate the effect of cyclosporine A combined methotrexate on the expression of IL-17 in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Among the 94 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who received treatment from June 2015 to June 2016,according to the order of admission,I divided it into the observation group and the control group,The control group was treated with methotrexate.The patients in the observation group were treated with cyclosporine A combined methotrexate.Both groups were treated for three months,The expression of IL-17 in serum was compared with the two groups. Results Compared to before treatment,The expression of IL-17 in serum of both groups decreased,The decrease of IL-17 expression in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion There was A relationship between the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and the inhibition of IL-17 by sporin A combined with methotrexate.
