骨科下肢大手术后深静脉血栓形成的预防及护理

Prevention And Nursing Care For Deep Venous Thrombosis After Major Operation Of Lower Eetremities

目的探讨并分析骨科下肢大手术后深静脉血栓形成的预防及护理。方法该研究选取了2015年9月—2017年9月该院收治的84例骨科下肢大手术患者作为研究对象,分析该院骨科下肢大手术后深静脉血栓形成的预防及护理。结果研究组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后住院恢复时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨科下肢大手术患者术后经过科学的预防和护理,其深静脉血栓不仅能够获得有效的治疗,而且还能够提高患者的护理满意度,更能够减少深静脉血栓的发生率,因而适合广泛应用于临床护理中。

Objective To explore and analyze the prevention and nursing of deep vein thrombosis after the operation of orthopedics.Methods In this study, 68 patients with major surgery of orthopedic limb surgery were selected in the hospital from September 2015 to September 2017.To analyze the prevention and nursing of deep venous thrombosis after the operation of orthopedics of our hospital.Results The total efficiency of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery time of the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthopaedic patients with major operation of lower extremities after scientific prevention and care,postoperative deep vein thrombosis can gain not only the effective treatment, but also can improve the patient's nursing satisfaction, more can reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis, and thus has been widely used in clinical care.
