规范化康复教育管理在糖尿病患者中的管理效果及对知晓率的影响 被引量:1

Management Effect of Standardized Rehabilitation Education Management in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus and Its Influence on Awareness Rate

摘要 目的探讨规范化康复教育管理在糖尿病患者中的管理效果及对知晓率的影响。方法取2015年5月—2017年5月该院收治的糖尿病患者110例,采用随机数字法分为对照组(n=55)和观察组(n=55)。对照组采用传统的康复教育管理,观察组采用规范化康复教育管理,对患者进行为期6个月的随访,比较2组管理效果及患者对糖尿病知识的知晓率。结果观察组患者对康复教育内容知晓率为96.36%,显著高于对照组患者的78.18%(P<0.05);观察组患者6个月后的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论规范化康复教育管理在糖尿病患者中的管理效果显著,可提升患者对康复教育内容的知晓率,有助于控制血糖水平,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the management effect of standardized rehabilitation education management in diabetic patients and its influence on the awareness rate. Methods 110 patients with diabetes mellitus were selected from May 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group(n=55) and observation group(n=55).The control group received traditional rehabilitation education management, the observation group received standardized rehabilitation education management, and the patients were followed up for 6 months. The management effect of the 2 groups and the awareness rate of diabetes knowledge were compared between the two groups. Results The awareness rate of rehabilitation education content in the observation group was 96.36%, significantly higher than 78.18% in the control group(P <0.05); the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose in the observation group after 6 months were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized rehabilitation education management in patients with diabetes management effect is significant, can improve the awareness rate of rehabilitation education content, help to control blood sugar level, it is worth popularizing and application.
