踝关节创伤性病变的MRI检查

目的该文主要就MRI检查对于踝关节创伤性病变的诊断价值进行了分析研究。方法采取回顾性分析的方式来对该院于2015年7月—2017年9月收治的90例踝关节MRI图像进行了研究,并且就MRI检查对于外侧副韧带、肌腱、距骨软骨以及滑模病变的诊断作用进行了重点评价。结果 MRI对于踝关节的韧带损伤具备有非常高的诊断敏感性,对于合并软骨改变的软骨损伤也具备有良好的诊断敏感性,但是对于滑模增生以及外撞击综合征的诊断能力有效。结论借助于MRI来对踝关节创伤性病变进行在诊断时具备有良好的诊断价值,但是依旧存在有比较多的诊断不足,这也就要求诊断医师能够根据患者实际情况,来进行诊断方法的合理选择。

Objective This paper is to assess the diagnostic value of MRI examination for ankle traumatic lesions were analyzed.Methods A retrospective analysis in a way that has confirmed 90 cases of ankle joint MRI images are studied,and MRI is to the lateral collateral ligament, tendon, cartilage and the function of the sliding mode the diagnosis of lesions in the talus mainly evaluated. Results MRI for ankle ligament damage have very high sensitivity, to merge cartilage changes of cartilage injury also has good diagnostic sensitivity, but for sliding mode hyperplasia and impingement syndrome diagnosis ability effectively. Conclusion With the help of MRI in the diagnosis of ankle injury lesions for when have good diagnostic value, but there still exist more insufficient diagnosis, it also requires diagnosis can according to the actual circumstance of patients, doctors to diagnose method of reasonable selection.
