下肢静脉曲张术后复发的探讨

To Investigate the Recurrence After Varicose Vein Surgery of Lower Extremities

目的分析下肢静脉曲张的术后复发情况与二次治疗效果。方法选取于2008年8月—2017年8月在该院行手术治疗的下肢静脉曲张患者381例,其中有72例患者术后复发,回顾分析术后复发下肢静脉曲张患者的临床资料。结果患者术前麻木程度评分高于术后评分,术前满意度评分低于术后满意度评分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢静脉曲张的术后复发原因比较多,但是针对患者实际情况实施手术治疗以后,不容易发生并发症,患者临床症状改善比较好。

Objective To analyze the postoperative recurrence of varicose veins in the lower extremities and two times treatment.Methods 681 cases of surgical treatment in our hospital from August 2008 to August 2017 for varicose vein of lower extremity patients, including 72 patients with recurrence, a retrospective analysis of clinical data of patients with recurrent varicose veins of lower extremity after operation. Results The degree of numbness patients with preoperative score higher than postoperative score, preoperative satisfaction score was lower than the postoperative satisfaction score,significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The causes of recurrence of varicose veins of lower extremity after operation more, but according to the actual situation of patients with surgical treatment, not prone to complications, improve the clinical symptoms of the patients than Better.
