护理干预在下肢骨折患者术后肿胀中的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Swelling in Patients With Lower Limb Fracture

目的探究护理干预在下肢骨折患者术后肿胀中的临床应用效果。方法选取2015年10月—2016年1月在该院诊治的60例下肢下肢骨折患者作为分析对象,按照护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予肿胀护理,在护理结束后观察检测两组患者的肿胀程度、疼痛程度和术后的舒适度。结果观察组患者肿胀的发生率为30.00%,对照组为63.33%,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的疼痛程度显著低于对照组患者,且术后的舒适度显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对下肢骨折患者进行术后肿胀护理可以有效降低患者术后肿胀的发生率、减轻疼痛程度,患者有较高的生活质量,且提高了舒适度,有很好的效果,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of swelling in the nursing intervention in patients with lower limb fracture. Methods From October 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital as the object of analysis in 60 patients with lower limb fracture of lower limb, according to the different nursing methods for the observation group and the control group,the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group on the basis of routine nursing care to observe the swelling degree of swelling, the detection of two groups of patients in nursing after pain and postoperative comfort. Results The patients in the observation group were swelling incidence rate was 30.00%, 63.33% in the control group, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, difference There was a significant correlation(P<0.05);the degree of pain in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, and the postoperative comfort significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The patients with lower limb fracture postoperative nursing can effectively reduce the swelling in patients with the incidence of postoperative swelling, relieve the degree of pain, patients have a higher quality of life, improve comfort, have very good effect, is worthy of clinical application.
