摘要
目的分析在踝关节创伤患者诊断中应用64排螺旋CT的三维重建技术诊断可行性。方法选2016年5月—2017年5月在该院治疗的踝关节创伤患者46例,全部患者都实施行X线诊断、CT检查与三维成像,观察3种方式诊断的效果。结果 X线片诊断符合率为78.26%,CT轴位的诊断的符合率为86.96%,CT轴位与三维重建的诊断符合率为100.00%,CT的三维重建诊断符合率与CT轴位、X线片的诊断符合率,数值明显要大于CT轴位、X线片的诊断符合率,诊断结果比较以后显示,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT轴位与三维重建诊断踝关节软骨骨折的准确率与CT轴位诊断相比,数值明显要比CT轴位诊断的准确率高,对比以后显示存在显著的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在踝关节创伤患者诊断中应用64排螺旋CT的三维重建技术诊断,能够准确显示出患者病灶情况,诊断符合率与准确率比较高,值得应用。
Objective To analysis used in trauma patients in the diagnosis of ankle, 64 row helical CT three dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of feasibility. Methods In May 2016 to 2016, 05 ankle trauma patients treated in our hospital in 46 cases, all patients implement line X-ray diagnosis, CT scan and 3 d imaging, observe the effect of the three ways to diagnose. Results X-ray diagnosis coincidence rate was 78.26%, the accuracy of the diagnosis of CT axial a 86.96%, CT axial and 3 d reconstruction of diagnostic coincidence rate was 100.00%, CT 3 d reconstruction of the diagnostic coincidence rate and axial CT and X-ray diagnosis coincidence rate, significant than CT axis, the diagnostic accordance rate of X ray film, diagnosis after comparison shows that there are significant differences, which have statistical significance(P<0.05); CT axial position and 3 d reconstruction in the diagnosis of ankle joint cartilage fracture compared with axial CT diagnostic accuracy of numerical obviously than axial CT diagnostic accuracy is high, after comparison shows significant differences, which have statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Used in trauma patients in the diagnosis of ankle, 64 row helical CT three-dimensional reconstruction of diagnosis, patients can accurately show the focal condition, diagnosis coincidence rate and accuracy is higher, is worthy of application.
