手术时机对开放式阑尾术患者康复效果的影响探讨

Operation Time, and the Effects Of Rehabilitation in Patients with Open Appendix Operation

目的比较不同手术时机实施开放式阑尾术对阑尾炎患者康复的影响效果。方法选择2015年7月—2017年9月该院收治的阑尾炎患者90例,均接受开放式阑尾术治疗,依据手术进行的时机将全部患者分为3组分为A组、B组、C组各30例,分别在不同时间接受开放式阑尾术,比较效果。结果 A组住院时间、住院费用、术后肠道排气时间、术中出血量均优于B组和C组,同时B组优于C组,A组、B组和C组并发症发生率分别为10.00%、26.67%、40.00%。结论对阑尾炎患者越早实施开放式阑尾术治疗康复效果越高,并发症发生率越低。

Objective To compare the effect of different operation time of the implementation of open appendectomy for appendicitis patients. Methods 90 cases of July 2015 to September 2017 in our hospital with acute appendicitis, underwent open appendectomy surgery treatment, according to the time of all the patients were divided into 3 groups divided into A group, B group. C group of 30 cases underwent open appendectomy, at different time were compared. Results In A group, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses, intestinal exhaust time after the operation, the amount of intraoperative bleeding was better than B group and C group, and B group than in C group, A group, B group and C group of complications the rate was 10.00%, 26.67%, 40.00%. Conclusion The sooner the appendectomy patients were treated with open appendectomy, the higher the effect of rehabilitation, the lower the incidence of complications
