BODE指数评估中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺康复治疗

Evaluation of Bode Index in the Treatment of Moderate and Severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Stable Pulmonary Rehabili-tation

目的研究中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺康复治疗进行BODE指数评估的价值。方法选择2013年8月—2017年8月该院慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者72例,全部患者均在稳定期接受肺康复治疗,在治疗前后分别进行BODE指数评估,比较结果。结果 72例中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者接受肺康复治疗后BMI、MMRC、6MMD、BODE指数较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗前后FEV1%结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者接受肺康复治疗后SGRQ量表中呼吸症状、活动能力、疾病影响评分结果均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论在中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺康复治疗中进行BODE指数评估能够掌握患者康复治疗效果,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To study the value of BODE index in the evaluation of pulmonary rehabilitation in moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) at stable stage.Methods 72 cases of August 2013-2017 year in August in our hospital in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, all patients were in stable stage received pulmonary rehabilitation therapy, respectively before and after the treatment, the BODE index, the result of the comparison.Results 72 cases of moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients received pulmonary rehabilitation after treatment of BMI, MMRC, 6 MMD, BODE index improved significantly compared with before treatment(P <0.05), there is little difference between the results before and after treatment FEV1%(P <0.05). capacity patients received pulmonary rehabilitation after treatment of SGRQ scale in respiratory symptoms, activity, disease influence results the scores were higher than before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion The evaluation of BODE index in the treatment of moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable pulmonary rehabilitation can grasp the effect of rehabilitation treatment, and can be popularized in clinical application.
