脑卒中患者下肢护理对预防深静脉血栓的影响

目的探究下肢护理在脑卒中患者深静脉血栓预防中的效果。方法选取该院在2014年6月—2017年8月收治的20例患者作为对象进行研究,采用随机分组的方式,分为观察组与对照组,采用不同的护理手段,对比两组患者的预防效果。结果观察组患者的预防效果要明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对脑卒中患者进行护理的过程中,通过采用下肢护理的手段,能够有效的预防患者的深静脉血栓形成,达到更好的治疗效果,为患者生活质量的改善打下良好的基础,具有较高的推广价值。

Objective To explore the nursing in stroke patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis prevention effect. Methods The hospital in June 2014 August 2017 to 20 cases in our hospital were as the research object, adopt the way of randomized, divided into observation group and control group, using different nursing measures, preventive effects were compared between the two groups patients. Results The preventive effect of patients was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of nursing care for patients with stroke, by means of nursing of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, can effectively prevent the formation of patients, achieve better therapeutic effect for the quality of life of patients.The improvement of quantity has laid a good foundation and has high popularization value
