跟骨X线摄影在中老年足疼患者足部保健中的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of Calcaneus Radiography in Foot Care of Middle Aged and Elderly Patients with Foot Pain

目的探究跟骨X线摄影在中老年足疼患者足部保健中的诊断价值。方法通过对该院自2015年12月—2016年12月收治的中老年足疼患者35例进行临床医学回顾性分析,得出跟骨X线摄影技术在中老年足疼患者足部保健中当中的应用疗效。结果在这35例患者当中,临床确诊跟骨骨刺患者病例数25例,发现X线平片的患者例数为19例,治疗灵敏度高达76%。其中,跟骨多部位骨刺的患者有9例,X线平片发现的患者有10例,治疗的灵敏度高达100%。结论通过跟骨X线摄影技术,能够对患者的骨刺部位进行有效的的医学投照,获得优质的X线片,是一种诊断患者跟骨骨刺的有效方式。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of calcaneal X-ray photography in foot care of middle-aged and elderly patients with foot pain. Methods Through the retrospective analysis of clinical data of 35 elderly patients with foot pain in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016, the application effect of calcaneal X-ray photography in foot care of middle-aged and elderly patients with foot pain was obtained. Results Among the 35 patients, the clinical diagnosis of 25 cases of calcaneal fracture with the number of cases, found that the number of patients with X-ray in 19 cases, the treatment sensitivity up to 76%. Among them, comminuted fractures in 9 patients, X-ray findings of 10 cases of patients, treatment of the sensitivity up to 100%. Conclusion It is an effective way to diagnose calcaneal fracture by calcaneal X-ray photography, which can be used for effective medical imaging of the fracture site of the patient and obtain high-quality X-ray film.
