2型糖尿病患者糖尿病足的临床治疗及危险因素分析

Clinical Treatment and Risk Factors Analysis of Diabetic Foot in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的该文主要就2型糖尿病患者糖尿病足的临床治疗以及危险因素进行了探究分析。方法选取该院2016年7月—2017年7月所收治的110例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据有无糖尿病足将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,就两组患者的临床资料进行探讨分析。结果该次研究中,两组患者的年龄、病程以及糖尿病肾病等因素差异有统计学意义,此外两组患者的BUN、DBP、FBG、HbA1c、HDL-C、白蛋白以及总蛋白等因素对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在多因素非条件回顾分析证明2型糖尿病患者发生了糖尿病足之后存在有FBG、HbA1c、白蛋白、糖尿病病程以及糖尿病肾病这5个因素。结论为了取得良好的2型糖尿病足患者糖尿病足治疗效果,也就需要及时排除其危险因素,并在此基础上采取相应的治疗措施,从而取得良好的治疗效果。

Objective The clinical treatment and the risk factors in this paper, diabetic foot in patients with type 2 diabetes patients were analyzed. Methods 110 cases of type 2 diabetic patients in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were made as the research object, according to whether the diabetic foot patients were divided into observation group and control group two groups were analyzed on the clinical data of two patients. Results In this study, the observation group of patients with age, duration and other factors of diabetic nephropathy has obvious difference, in addition to the two groups of patients with BUN, DBP, FBG, HbA1c, HD Comparison of L-C, albumin and total protein and other factors,with significant differences(P<0.05). After multivariate retrospective analysis proved that patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus diabetic foot there are FBG, HbA1c, albumin, the five factors of diabetes and diabetic nephropathy. Conclusion In order to get a good foot foot in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus the treatment effect, also need to eliminate the risk factors, and then take corresponding treatment measures, to obtain a good therapeutic effect.
