摘要
目的分析在下肢关节隐匿性骨折患者诊断中应用多层螺旋CT图像的后处理技术有效性。方法选在该院诊治的55例下肢关节隐匿性的骨折患者,全部患者都行多层螺旋CT图像的后处理技术与X线平片诊断。结果在CT确诊的51例下肢隐匿性骨折患者中,有9例患者是髋臼骨折,2例患者是股骨头骨折,12例患者是胫骨平台骨折,7例患者是胫骨髁间隆起骨折,6例患者是后踝骨折,3例患者是外踝骨折,2例患者是内踝骨折,15例患者是跟骨骨折,1例患者是距骨骨折,1例患者是足舟骨折,2例患者是第1楔骨骨折。结论在下肢关节隐匿性骨折患者诊断中应用多层螺旋CT图像的后处理技术能够明确疾病发病位置,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the treatment effectiveness in the application of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of patients with lower limb joint occult fracture. Methods 55 patients with occult fracture of lower limb joint were selected and treated in our hospital. All patients were treated with multi-slice spiral CT image post-processing technique and X-ray plain film. Results The CT diagnosis of 51 cases of lower extremity occult fracture patients, 9 cases were acetabular fractures, 2 patients were fracture of femoral head, 12 cases were fracture of tibial plateau, 7 cases of patients with fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence is, 6 patients with fracture of posterior malleolus, 3 cases were lateral malleolar fractures. 2 patients with medial malleolus fracture, 15 cases were calcaneal fractures, 1 patients were 1 cases of patients with fracture of talus, navicular fracture was 2 patients, first cuneiform bone fracture. Conclusion The processing technology can clear the disease location in the application of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of patients with lower limb joint occult fracture, worthy of application.
