摘要
目的研究口腔综合保健预防儿童龋齿的临床价值。方法选择2016年4月—2017年4月来该院口腔保健门诊预防龋齿的儿童120名作为研究对象,随机分成实验组、参照组,前者实行口腔综合保健,后者予以常规龋齿预防方式,比对两组龋齿发生情况以及刷牙情况。结果两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔综合保健应用于儿童龋齿预防过程,可有效降低儿童龋齿发生率,培养儿童良好刷牙习惯,可推广。
Objective To study the clinical value of comprehensive oral health care measures for preventing children's dental caries. Methods From April 2016 to April 2017 to child health clinic in our hospital to prevent dental caries children 120 cases as the research object, randomly divided into experimental group, control group, the former is a comprehensive oral health care, the routine prevention of dental caries, compared two groups of dental caries and brush your teeth. Results Two groups of data with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive oral health care applied to children's dental caries prevention process, can effectively reduce the incidence of dental caries in children, to cultivate children's good brushing habits can be extended.
