采用趾侧方切口甲基质切除术与传统Winograd术式治疗嵌甲并甲沟炎的效果比较

Comparison of The Effect of Incision Lateral Metacarpophalangeal Nailing and Conventional Winograd Procedure in the Treatment of Invagination and Paronychia

目的对比趾侧方切口甲基质切除术与传统Winograd术式治疗嵌甲并甲沟炎的效果。方法对该院2016年6月—2017年6月接收的122例嵌甲并甲沟炎患者资料予以探究,随机分成2组,各61例;对照组行传统Winograd术式治疗,实验组行趾侧方切口甲基质切除术治疗,比对2组手术前后VAS评分变化及随访情况。结果实验组术后VAS评分(1.35±0.27)分较之对照组更低(P<0.05);实验组感染率3.28%、复发率0.00%均较之对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论 ITP行趾侧方切口甲基质切除术治疗可有效减轻患者疼痛感,且安全性高,可被临床推广、应用。

Objective To compare the effect of lateral incision metamorphosis and conventional Winograd procedure in the treatment of invagination and paronychia. Methods A total of 122 patients with sphincter and paronychia received in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into 2 groups(61 cases each). The control group received conventional Winograd operation, Lateral incision and metamorphic resection were compared between the two groups before and after VAS score changes and follow-up. Results The postoperative VAS score(1.35±0.27)points in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The infection rate in the experimental group was 3.28% and the recurrence rate was 0.00% lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The ITP incision lateral metacarpophalactomy can effectively relieve pain in patients with high sensitivity and safety. It can be used clinically and widely.
