护理干预对骨折后下肢静脉血栓形成的预防效果分析

Preventive Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Formation of Venous Thrombosis after Fracture of the Lower Extremities

目的探究护理干预对骨折后下肢静脉血栓形成的预防效果。方法将该院收治的86例骨折患者作为研究对象,入选时间为2014年3月—2016年3月,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例;对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予护理干预,对比两组患者的护理满意度及下肢静脉血栓发生率。结果从护理满意度指标来看,对照组与观察组分别为69.77%及95.35%,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从下肢静脉血栓发生率指标来看,对照组与观察组分别为23.26%及2.33%,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理骨折患者的过程中,实行护理干预效果显著,能大大提高护理满意度,降低下肢静脉血栓发生率,因此值得在临床护理中推广及使用。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of venous thrombosis after fracture of the lower extremities. Methods 86 cases of fracture were treated in our hospital patients as the research object, in time is from March 2014 to March 2016, were randomly divided into 2 groups, 43 cases in each; the control group were given routine nursing care, the patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention, the incidence of the two groups were compared nursing satisfaction and lower limb venous thrombosis. Results The nursing satisfaction index, observation group and control group were 69.77% and 95.35% compared to the difference between the two was compared between the two groups of data with statistical significance(P<0.05); the incidence of venous thrombosis of lower extremity index from the point of view, the control group and the observation group were 23.26% and 2.33% compared to the difference between the two is obvious, compared to two group data were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of nursing fracture patients, the effect of nursing intervention is remarkable, which can greatly improve the nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Therefore, it is worth popularizing and using in clinical nursing.
