Investigation and Analysis of Pregnant and Maternity Health Needs of Pregnant Women and Suggestions

目的调查孕妇孕产期保健知识需求情况分析保健知识来源渠道,提出具体知识获取建议。方法将收该院妇产科收治的185名孕妇为研究对象,入选时间为2015年2月—2017年2月,面向185名产妇发放该院自行研发的孕产期保健知识需求调查问卷,进行深度分析得出孕产期保健知识需求方向、保健知识获取渠道及知识了解程度等信息。结果经对比,185名孕妇孕产期营养知识需求152名、母婴保健知识需求156名、优生优育知识需求147名及心理保健知识需求141名,并且对于产后康复、传染病防治、文体活动及孕产期急救知识呈现出较高需求水平;经对比,185名孕妇孕产期保健知识图书报刊来源163名、医护人员来源168名、电视网络来源153名、家庭成员来源121名、健康讲座来源87名及宣传手册来源76名;经对比,185名孕妇孕产期早孕知识分数(5.2±0.3)分、胎儿成长知识分数(6.1±1.6)分及营养保健知识分数(3.6±0.2)分。结论孕妇孕产期保健知识需求范围较为广泛,开展孕产期保健知识宣教对于孕妇顺利分娩具有显著价值作用。

Objective To investigate the demand for health care knowledge of pregnant women, analyze the sources of health knowledge, and put forward specific knowledge acquisition recommendations. Methods In our hospital obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital 185 cases of pregnant women as the research object, in Selection time is from February 2015 to 2017, the 185 cases of pregnant women in our hospital issued its own research and development of maternal health knowledge demand questionnaire in-depth analysis of maternal health care knowledge needs direction, health knowledge acquisition and knowledge level and other information channels. Results By comparison, 185 cases of pregnant women in perinatal nutrition knowledge demand in 152 cases, 156 cases of maternal and child health care knowledge needs, eugenics knowledge needs 147 cases and mental health knowledge in 141 cases, and for postpartum rehabilitation, infectious activities and perinatal disease prevention, first aid knowledge showing a higher level of demand; by contrast, 185 cases pregnant women and maternal health care knowledge sources of books and newspapers in 163 cases,168 cases of medical staff from TV network in 153 cases, family members from sources in 121 cases, 87 cases from health lectures and brochures sources in 76 cases; by contrast, 185 cases of pregnant women during pregnancy pregnancy knowledge scores(5.2±0.3)points, fetal growth knowledge scores(6.1±1.6)points and nutritional health knowledge score(3.6±0.2)points. Conclusion The health knowledge demand of pregnant women is wide, and it is of significant value for pregnant women to carry out the health knowledge education.
