摘要
目的分析评价踝关节正侧位加足正斜位X线片在诊断腓骨远端骨骺损伤的价值。方法将该院在2016年1月—2017年1月收治的64例腓骨远端骨骺损伤患儿作为该次研究的对象,在诊断过程中实施踝关节正侧位加足正斜位X线片诊断方法,进一步分析记录及评价诊断效果。结果在诊断准确率方面,踝关节正侧位X线片为85.94%,足正侧位X线片为81.25%,踝关节正侧位加足正斜位X线片为98.44%;数据显示,踝关节正侧位加足正斜位X线片比单一踝关节正侧位X线片诊断或单一足正斜位X线片诊断均明显更高,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对腓骨远端骨骺损伤患儿,采取踝关节正侧位加足正斜位X线片联合诊断的准确率高;因此值得在临床诊断工作中采纳及应用。
Objective To evaluate the value of the X-ray film in the diagnosis of the epiphysis of the distal fibula by the X-ray films of the side of the ankle plus the positive oblique position of the foot. Methods 64 cases of distal fibula epiphysis injury treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the objects of this study. The diagnosis of ankle lateral and lateral oblique X-ray was carried out in the diagnosis process, and further analysis, record and evaluate the diagnostic effect. Results The accuracy rate in the diagnosis of ankle joint, lateral X-ray was 85.94%foot lateral radiographs of 81.25%, ankle lateral foot is oblique radiographs of 98.44%; data show that the lateral ankle and foot oblique radiographs than single lateral ankle joint X-ray diagnosis of single foot or oblique X-ray diagnosis were significantly higher, the differences between the two groups of data with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients with distal fibular epiphysis injury, the accuracy of combined anteroposterior ankle lateral plus oblique X-ray is high. Therefore, it is worthy of adoption and application in clinical diagnosis.
