全面优质护理用于预防胫骨平台骨折术后膝关节僵硬的效果观察

摘要 目的探讨全面优质护理对预防胫骨平台骨折术后膝关节僵硬的临床效果。方法抽取该院于2015年6月—2017年10月收治的胫骨平台骨折患者共66例,数字随机分组法随机均分为观察组与对照组,给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组全面优质护理。比较2组患者的膝关节功能改善程度、护理满意度及住院时间。结果观察组患者的膝关节功能改善程度、护理满意度显著优于对照组,住院时间显著短于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面优质护理可显著提高胫骨平台骨折患者术后膝关节功能改善程度及护理满意度,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广使用。
