摘要
目的分析黄连液+麝香外治糖尿病足的临床效果。方法选取该院门诊部2016年6月—2018年1月收治的88例糖尿病足患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各44例,观察组临床治疗选择黄连液+麝香外治,对照组临床治疗选择单独黄连液治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率(93.2%)高于对照组总有效率(68.2%),创面愈合时间短于对照组创面愈合时间,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组用药期间未发生严重不良反应。结论黄连液+麝香外治糖尿病足效果显著,效果明确。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of musk in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods From June 2016 to 88 patients with diabetic foot were divided into two groups according to random data, 44 cases in each group. The clinical treatment group was treated with musk of Coptis chinensis and the control group was treated with Coptidis alone.The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was93.2% higher than that in the control group(68.2%), and the wound healing time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05); There was no serious adverse reaction during the two groups. Conclusion The effect of musk of Coptis chinensis on diabetic foot is remarkable and the effect is clear.
